Shinagawa Psychotherapy Office provides treatment to individuals who are in need of psychological help in order to cope with emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, phobias, obsessions, and difficulties in adjusting to life in Japan.
We also provide a couple with marriage or couple counselling or psychotherapy.

Psychotherapeutic Interview Psychotherapeutic Interview
We provide treatment to individuals who are in need of psychological help in order to cope with emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, phobias, obsessions, and difficulties in adjusting to life in Japan. Psychotherapy is very useful in helping individuals improve their interpersonal relationships in all areas of life, including marriage, family, workplace and friendships.
1.Initial Consultation Interview (50 minutes)
This is the first step for everyone. We listen to the problems you face and explore, along with you, their possible psychological significance and structure.
2.Assessment Interview (50 minutes)
We will provide you with four consecutive sessions in order to assess your problems comprehensively from psychodynamic point of view and the applicability of psychotherapy to you. We will show you the results of our evaluation of you.
3.Psychotherapy(45-50 minutes)
The aim of psychotherapy is to provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself, especially the unconscious aspect of your mind.
Fee Fee
Fees for psychotherapeutic interview are based on a sliding scale.
